1. Application form The form can be downloaded from admission.ugal.ro and will be dated and signed in holograph. When registering online, the form will be automatically generated after filling in all the fields on the platform.
2. Annex 1 (for EU, EAA and SC citizens) – Application form for the certificate of recognition of studies
Annex 2 (for NON-EU citizens)– Application form for the Letter of Acceptance		  
3. Baccalaureate diploma/ High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • copy if the document is issued in Romanian, English or French.
  • copy and certified translation if the document is issued in other languages.

For EU, EAA and SC citizens For EU, EAA and SC citizens, the high school studies are recognized by the National Centre for the Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas within the Ministry of Education and Research in Romania. The procedure for obtaining the certificate of equivalence/recognition of diplomas can be checked by clicking on the following link: https://cnred.edu.ro/en/preuniversity-studies/

For NON-EU citizens: Diplomas issued in countries which are not party to the Hague Apostille Convention will be authenticated by:
  • the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, the Embassy/Consulate of Romania in the issuing country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania
OR
  • The Ministry of Education of the issuing country, the Embassy/Consulate of the issuing country in Romania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania;
Exemption from super-legalisation is permitted by law, by an international treaty to which Romania is a party or on the basis of reciprocity.
4. Transcript of records for Baccalaureate diploma/ High School Diploma
  • copy if the document is issued in Romanian, English or French.
  • copy and certified translation if the document is issued in other languages.
5. Transcript of records
  • copy of the transcript of records/ school situation for IX – XII grades.
6. *Bachelor's degree (for enrolment in the preparatory year followed by a Master's degree)
  • copy if the document is issued in Romanian, English or French.
  • copy and certified translation if the document is issued in other languages.

9. Passport
  • copy
10. Identity card
  • copy and certified translation if the document is issued in languages other than Romanian, English or French.
11. Medical certificate
  • in an international language showing that the holder of the certificate does not suffer from contagious/chronic diseases;
12. Proof of paying the application form – 50 EURO
  • the application fee is non-refundable
13. Photos
  • 4 passport photos.

* only for those candidate who already have a Bachelor’s degree and wish to apply for a Master’s degree
