2. Important information

 

Incomplete files for which the processing fee has been paid will be checked but will not be validated.

Untranslated documents will lead to the invalidation of the file, in accordance with the requirements of this methodology.

The equivalence of grades will be done according to the equivalence grid issued by the Ministry of Education  and Research which can be checked by clicking on the following link: Sistem de notare

The list of countries for which apostille or super-legalisation is required can be checked at the following address: Lista statelor pentru care se solicita apostilarea

The list of high school diplomas recognised by the Ministry of Education is available at the following link: Lista diplomelor recunoscute de ME

The application form and annexes must be dated and signed in holography for the file to be validated.

Candidates can send their application forms until 17 July 2025, 12:00 PM for the Preparatory Year and Bachelor's degree ( exceptions are candidates applying for the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy who must apply until 14 July 2025, 12:00 PM)  and until 24 July 2025, 12:00 PM for the Master's degree (Romanian time), according to the admission calendar. Applications submitted after this date and time will be invalidated.

 

EU, EAA and SC citizens

 

The admission process is finalized only after receiving the Certificate of Equivalence/Recognition of Studies, if it was not presented in advance during the application by the candidate.

If the candidate's name and surname on the study documents do not match the name and surname mentioned in the ID/passport, the candidate must provide an explanatory note, notarized, in which the candidate declares that they are the legal holder of the submitted study documents.

The confirmation of the places for accepted candidates can be made under the condition of enrollment, namely, by signing the study contract, either physically or online, as well as by paying the first installment of the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 academic year. The confirmation of the place must be done within 3 days of the publication of the final results. Failure to pay the confirmation fee within the established deadline will automatically result in the loss of the study place. The amount paid for confirming the place is non-refundable.

The non-recognition of high school studies by CNRED leads to the loss of student status as well as all fees paid up to that point.

Enrollment in studies is only done after receiving the Certificate of Equivalence/Recognition of Studies, but no later than 01.12.2025.

 

NON-EU citizens

 

The admission process is finalized only after receiving the acceptance letter for studies.

If the candidate's name and surname on the academic documents do not match the name and surname on the ID/passport, the candidate must submit a notarized explanatory note in which the candidate declares that they are the legal holder of the submitted academic documents.

Confirmation of the accepted candidates' places can only be done upon enrollment, i.e., by signing the study contract, either physically or online, and paying the first installment of the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The place is confirmed within 3 days from the publication of the final results. Failure to pay the confirmation fee within the established deadline will result in the automatic loss of the study place. The confirmation fee is non-refundable.

Non-recognition of high school studies by the DGRIAE leads to the loss of student status as well as all fees paid up to that point.

Enrollment for studies will take place only after receiving the acceptance letter, but no later than December 1, 2025.

 

The admission methodology may undergo further changes in accordance with the internal decisions of the university and legislation in force.
